This year’s summer harvest: A bumper crop of humans

Under the cover of climate change propaganda, Hanson Monroe is carrying out a secret U.S. government weather modification program to launch a series of cataclysmic events. The goal: wipe out four billion people who are a drain on Earth’s resources.
